Are agents guaranteed work?

No. Opportunities are offered based on availability, performance, and client demand. Participation and acceptance of opportunities are optional.

Eligibility & Requirements

Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor. Eligibility may vary depending on specific client or opportunity requirements.

Do I need prior experience?

What equipment or tools are required?

Does My Exclusive Gigs provide equipment?

No. At this time, My Exclusive Gigs does not provide equipment. All roles are 1099 independent contractor positions, and contractors are expected to have the required equipment and tools prior to starting a program.Specific equipment requirements may vary by company and will be provided during the onboarding or certification process.

Do I have to pay anything to apply?

Submitting an application to My Exclusive Gigs is free. However, as an independent contractor, certain business related expenses may occur if you are approved for an opportunity, including a background check ($30) and class confirmation deposit fees, which range from $0-$50. Deposit fees are refundable once specific requirements are successfully completed. There are no other application fees.

How will I know if I am approved?

Approved applicants will be contacted via the email address provided on their application. Make sure your contact information is accurate and check your spam or junk folder.

Why was my application denied?

Applications may be denied for several reasons, including incomplete information, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or limited client demand at the time of review. Not all applicants are guaranteed approval.

Can I reapply if I am not approved?

Pay & Payments

How are agents paid?

Agents are compensated for services completed through My Exclusive Gigs. Payments are calculated based on hours worked and the specific client opportunity. Agents will be emailed instructions on how to set up direct deposit to receive their payments, which will be paid via direct deposit from My Exclusive Gigs, LLC.

Do we get paid for certification?

Yes. Certification is paid at a reduced rate, which is lower than regular production pay, for all opportunities offered through My Exclusive Gigs.Certification typically lasts 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the program. While most 1099 work-from-home roles do not traditionally offer paid certification, all roles through My Exclusive Gigs are 1099 independent contractor positions, and pay terms may vary by program.

When are payments issued?

Payments are issued bi-weekly. Agents will receive payment for all approved work completed during the pay period. Please ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays.

Are taxes withheld from my pay?

No. Agents work as independent contractors so My Exclusive Gigs does not withhold taxes from payments. Agents are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. My Exclusive Gigs issues 1099 tax forms when applicable to assist with tax reporting.

What business related Fees should I expect?

There are no additional fees beyond the required background check and any class confirmation deposit fees, which range from $0 to $50 and are refundable once specific requirements are successfully completed. A $50 platform administrative fee is also deducted from earnings on a bi-weekly basis as part of independent business expenses. This fee may be tax deductible.

What are the minimum and maximum weekly hours?

Agents are generally required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, unless a client requires more. Certain clients may cap service hours at approximately 30–37 hours per week. Weekly hours may vary depending on client needs and opportunity availability.

Is there a minimum amount I can earn?

Agents are paid for all approved hours worked. Weekly hours may vary depending on client needs, so there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week. Total earnings depend on the hours worked and the specific opportunities accepted. Compensation varies by client program.

What happens if I don’t meet client or My Exclusive Gigs standards?

Yes. Agents must protect all client information and maintain confidentiality at all times. Sharing client information without permission may result in removal from My Exclusive Gigs.

What happens if I am removed from an opportunity or the platform?

Removal may occur if an agent fails to meet performance expectations, violates policies, or breaches confidentiality agreements. Agents who are removed may reapply if eligibility requirements are met and opportunities are available, but approval is not guaranteed.
